Is every item on your website always available for ordering?
Popular items do sometimes become unavailable. We will notify you immediately if this happens.

Can I order over the phone?
We do not accept orders over the phone. Please order through our website.

Can I change my order?
Because we process orders very quickly, once your order is submitted it cannot be modified. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

How can I make sure that I order the right size?
Every garment on our website is designed for a good fit with room for your little one to grow into. Our line is full cut and is made to be worn over an undershirt or onesie. So there is no need to buy big!

How do I take care of my Bamboo Baby clothing?
Please follow the instructions on the sewn-in label for proper care and washing to prevent shrinkage.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept PayPal—which allows you to use any of your major credit cards securely. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, personal checks, or foreign currencies.

Can you gift wrap my order?
We will gladly gift wrap your purchase for an additional $4.00. All gifts will be placed inside our unique Chinese take-out box, tied with a matching ribbon, along with your personal message hand printed on a gift card.

Express Service

How will you ship my order?
We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. We choose among the US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx to best serve you. Every effort is made to ship your in stock items within 24 hours of receipt of your order. However, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, and we also cannot ship to PO Boxes.

All items that are in stock will be delivered within 10 days.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax for any of the items on our website except for our handmade note cards, to which a 7% New Jersey sales tax will be added.

What if I need to make a return?
At Bamboo Baby, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We do not accept items for return that were worn, washed, or damaged due to improper care.

Shipping & Handling charges on returns are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return or exchange was the result of our error.

To make a return, it is very important that you first receive a return authorization number from us. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing a damaged or incorrect item. Please fill our email return form, which you can receive by emailing info@bamboobaby.com. Once you’ve sent us your completed form, we will send you a return authorization number within 2 business days.

It is important to get an authorization number! We will not process any orders that are received without it. Write your return authorization number on the packing slip we sent to you with your order, circle the items you are returning, along with the original packing material, and ship it insured to:

If you send us back your original invoice, we will be able to issue you a full refund in the form of original payment. Otherwise, a merchandise credit—valid for one year from issuance date—will be provided at the current selling price of the returned items.

Do you have a mailing list?
We can keep you updated on our upcoming, new, and exciting products. We understand your security concerns, and therefore do not ever sell our mailing list. Simply email info@bamboobaby.com to join our mailing list.
